TRDI in Meridian, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead day-to-day contract activities under the AbilityOne program. You will coordinate government communications, enforce safety and quality programs, and manage budgets and schedules for multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 hour General Industry certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with all regulations.
  • Serve as main contact with Government for contract matters, within authority.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program per contract and regulations.
  • Manage contract budget and streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Schedule personnel, approve time cards, and manage inventories of supplies and equipment.
  • Guide employee performance and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and payroll-related tasks.
  • Provide safety training and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
  • Analyze AbilityOne Ratio and manage direct vs non-disabled hours.
  • Facilitate AbilityOne interview process and coordinate medical documentation.
  • Complete required reports, inspections, and logs.
  • Prepare estimates for changes to contract scope.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
  • Maintain OPSEC, security clearances, and Drug Free Workplace compliance.
  • Maintain GFP control and site safety programs under EM 385-1-1 and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Safety and Health requirements and APP.
