Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with U.S. government contracting or regulatory environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Government Compliance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own key elements of government contract compliance in a highly regulated defense environment. You will research federal procurement laws and regulations, translate requirements into practical guidance, and help maintain the processes and controls that support compliant operations. The position also partners cross-functionally to resolve compliance questions, prepare training materials, and strengthen internal understanding of government contracting obligations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
