Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an on-site Computer Security Incident Response Analyst in Northern Virginia to join the Government Cloud Security Operations team. The role focuses on real-time incident handling across SNS Cloud environments, with 24x7 monitoring and rapid response.

You will document events in a ticketing system, analyze SIEM data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive incidents toward resolution while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cybersecurity, engineering, or incident response roles.
• Related technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating responses.
• Experience with cloud security tools and SIEMs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate cyber security events within SNS Cloud environments.
• Track and document security events in a ticketing system; analyze logs in SIEM.
• Coordinate incident response actions across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leaders and ensure SLAs are met.
• Support on-call rotations and travel to customer sites as needed.
