Allocore seeks a Cloud Architect to design secure, scalable AWS environments and guide migrations for government programs in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will collaborate with cloud engineers, implement geo-redundant services, and automate infrastructure while staying current with FedRAMP standards.

Local onsite collaboration is encouraged in a mission‑driven team. The role requires 2+ years of production cloud experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years running production workloads in cloud environments.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cloud architects to design and implement secure cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable AWS environments.
• Lead cloud migrations with cost-efficient, resilient architectures.
• Develop geo‑redundant web services and automation across platforms.
• Educate teams on new cloud technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and prevent outages.
• Introduce innovative tools and techniques to improve delivery.
• Support production environments and deployments as needed.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Align cloud designs with security guidelines and FedRAMP requirements.
