Job summary

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a HSE+S Governance & Reporting Specialist to join our client's Operations team in Irving, Texas. This on-site role focuses on coordinating sustainability audits, managing HSE+S data and reporting systems, and supporting governance initiatives.

You will partner with regional teams and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, tracking corrective actions, and alignment across the organization. Travel up to 20% and direct-hire employment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, HSE, quality, engineering support, sustainability, data/reporting, or a related field.
• Strong experience with data management, reporting, action tracking, project coordination, or continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSE audit processes, including collecting findings, maintaining audit schedules, tracking corrective actions, and following up with regional teams.
• Manage HSE+S data, systems, dashboards, action logs, and performance trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and reporting of HSE, environmental, and sustainability KPI data from various regions.
• Support management system administration, document control, SharePoint content, and HSE+S records.
• Coordinate HSE+S projects, action plans, leadership reporting, presentations, and business updates.
• Support integration and onboarding initiatives for new facilities and joint ventures into the organization's management systems.

This role will be responsible for coordinating sustainability audit processes, managing HSE+S data and reporting systems, tracking corrective actions, and supporting global governance initiatives while partnering with regional teams and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, accountability, and alignment across the organization.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity based in Irving, Texas. The position is On-site, with an expected schedule of Monday-Friday, standard business hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate HSE audit processes, including collecting findings, maintaining audit schedules, tracking corrective actions, and following up with regional teams
• Manage HSE+S data, systems, dashboards, action logs, and performance trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and reporting of HSE, environmental, and sustainability KPI data from various regions

Required Skills and Background:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, HSE, quality, engineering support, sustainability, data/reporting, or a related field

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with HSE, quality, audit coordination, compliance tracking, or management systems
• Familiarity with SharePoint and data/reporting systems
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, Root Cause Analysis, or ISO management systems
• Exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting is a plus
