Fujitsu, a global technology leader, invites you to join the ESG & ISO Compliance Team in shaping governance across the Central & Eastern Europe region. You will drive quality, process governance, and assurance programs in an international environment.

As Quality Management Representative, you will develop the QMS, coordinate audits, monitor KPIs, and advise management on governance topics while promoting continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, process management, governance, compliance, audit, or assurance.
• Certification or formal qualification as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) or equivalent.
• Experience in establishing, developing, and governing management systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of additional management standards (e.g., ISO 14001 or ISO 50001) is an advantage.
• Qualification as an Internal Auditor according to ISO 19011 or a comparable auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Quality Management Representative for the CEE region and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001.
• Develop regional process landscape and ensure consistent process governance.
• Support audits, internal controls, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status overviews for governance committees.
• Contribute to sustainability and ESG governance initiatives.
