AllianceBernstein is seeking a Governance and Compliance Coordinator in Nashville to support the Corporate Legal and Compliance functions. You will manage board meetings, maintain governance records, and prepare regulatory filings, while coordinating calendar logistics and executive support.
The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work with senior leaders and external partners. Occasional travel for quarterly board meetings may be required.
Who Youll Work WithThe Legal and Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring compliance with all of the legal and regulatory requirements to which we are subject, protecting the firm from regulatory and reputational risk across the globe, and strengthening the firm8s culture of compliance. We do this through collaborative partnership with the business units we support by providing thoughtful and timely advice. In addition, the department conducts global monitoring and training activities that detect, address and mitigate regulatory and reputational risk. The advice coupled with the monitoring and training activities provide the framework to support the firms business strategy and objectives while maintaining a high standard for integrity.
What Youll DoThe Governance and Compliance Coordinator supports the Corporate Legal and Compliance functions by helping manage board and board committee meetings; maintaining corporate records and governance documentation; preparing regulatory filings, entity management activities, and providing related executive administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to coordinate effectively with senior executives, board members, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
