About the role: We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to lead the development and implementation of our cybersecurity governance program and maintain compliance with our information security standards and frameworks. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

About the team: This diverse team ensures that the GRC policy landscape is adhered to and that all necessary protections are in place.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain a cybersecurity governance framework aligned with best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
2. Create, review, and update cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Monitor compliance, prepare for audits, and assessments.
4. Establish and review enterprise-level security governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.
5. Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to integrate cybersecurity governance into overall processes.
6. Drive security certifications such as ISO 27001, FedRamp, HIPAA, PCI, etc., and report on risk initiatives to stakeholders.
7. Resolve cybersecurity GRC issues as they arise.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor across the enterprise on security issues and align on goals.

Requirements

1. Experience designing and maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks aligned with industry standards.
2. Experience creating and updating cybersecurity policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
3. Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
4. Experience managing enterprise GRC programs and defining controls for compliance.
5. Ability to develop and implement security programs.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and experience leading teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior management and diverse teams.
