Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a senior project leader to work with clients, drive multiple project phases, and apply robust SDLC practices for PMO support. You will guide technical project managers, oversee packaged software implementations, and contribute to government contracts initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional client service and advancing professional development within the consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience in Consulting with Commercial Clients or Commercial/Federal mix.
• Experience working on Deltek/Costpoint implementations for commercial or federal clients.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all project phases and work with clients to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise with SDLC for a PMO supporting technical PMs.
• Implement packaged software solutions.
• Develop and execute government contracting methodologies and tools.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and proposals.
• Deliver exceptional client service in all interactions and projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients at executive levels.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and coach team members.
• Contribute to Consulting Practice management and personal professional development.
