Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience with a DOD program preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong analytical and research skills — federal spending trends, procurement announcements, budgets.
• Understanding of GOVCON sales processes; SHIPLEY training a plus.
• Knowledge of government contracting vehicles for DOD/DHS; proposals and GSA bids a plus.
• Strong organization, prioritization and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities in target markets using government systems and client engagement.
• Provide research and analysis to support pursuit recommendations (go/no-go).
• Develop executive-level presentations for ATSC leadership and clients.
• Support proposals, marketing, and conference activities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve opportunity research and proposal development.
• Create reports for management and sales staff; analyze workflows and improve processes.
• Identify new markets through budgets, competition, and product/service analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/Marketing

Master's degree preferred
