Job summary

Re:Build in Framingham, MA seeks a DevOps engineer to support deployments and keep production running in a regulated AWS GovCloud environment. You will verify deployments, resolve infrastructure issues, and ensure secure access under ITAR. The role emphasizes automating pipelines and collaborating with product teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps, strong Linux, scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or production operations.
• Experience supporting production workloads on AWS, including GovCloud (US) is a plus.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot complex production telemetry and logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and carry out deployments of artifacts into the regulated production environment.
• Investigate and resolve production infrastructure issues across AWS services and networks.
• Coordinate incident response, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Apply infrastructure as code changes using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Maintain secure configurations and ensure data handling aligns with export-control requirements.
• Document environment setup, deployment procedures, and incident history for knowledge sharing.
