U.S. National Base Pay Range posted: $59,200 – $98,600 per year, with geographic differentials possible

Qualifications

• Experience applying analytical processes to support research schedules.
• Experience applying research methods and using standard software.
• Proficient with office software and data input for reports.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Use the marketing system and protocols to deliver mostly routine support services.
• Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Support others by carrying out a range of research activities.
• Help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
• Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
• Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
• Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
• Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
