Google Pixel Sales Specialist – Verizon Retail Store

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self‑driven sales professional to lead Google Pixel sales in a dedicated Verizon retail location. Your goal: maximize Pixel device and ecosystem sales while serving as the in‑store brand ambassador and coach for Verizon associates.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of increasing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel watches, Pixel buds, and accessories.
• Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Coach Verizon store associates through huddles, shadowing, and training to ensure they can sell Pixel.
• Be the resident expert on all Google Pixel offerings, demonstrating AI features and closing deals.
• Assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer expresses interest in Android devices.
• Maintain a pristine, visually dominant Pixel display and highlight current promotions.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: A competitive guaranteed hourly rate.
• Spiff Program: Immediate cash bonus for every qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory sell.
• Over‑performance bonuses tied to hitting structured weekly, monthly, quarterly benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs; wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Self‑driven, high sense of urgency, proactive without micromanagement.
• Competitive, driven by leaderboards and metrics.
• High energy, approachable, confident closing skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor Verizon staff to increase overall Pixel volume.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have own vehicle to transport equipment (fits in standard trunk).

Benefits & Requirements

Full‑time position with a salary range of $24.00 hourly, subject to base pay plus spiffs and bonuses.
