Mosaic North America is seeking a high-energy Google Pixel Sales Specialist for an in-store role at a Verizon location in Austin, TX. You will own the Pixel sales cycle, educate staff, and push devices and ecosystem products to customers on the floor.

Base pay is competitive with immediate spiffs and over-performance bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a vehicle for equipment transport.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics sales.
• Self-driven with a high sense of urgency and initiative.
• Energetic, confident closer able to pitch and close deals on the floor.
• Able to coach and motivate store staff to sell Pixel products.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self‑driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. Your ultimate goal is simple: maximize Google Pixel sales in your location. You will serve as the relentless in‑store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to get Pixel devices into the hands of customers. You will not only drive your own direct sales but also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Verizon retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and effectively multiplying your sales impact on the floor. Responsibilities

• Drive Relentless Growth: Take complete ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Over‑Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• In‑Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication
• Empower the Verizon Team: Build strategic relationships with Verizon store associates. Coach them, conduct high‑energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel to their own customers.
• Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting‑edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal.
• Team Selling: Seamlessly step in to assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices.
• Brand Presence & Merchandising
• Maintain the Stage: Ensure the Google Pixel display area is pristine, fully functional, and visually dominating the retail floor.
• Amplify the Brand: Keep the store environment energized and hyper‑focused on current Google promotions to capture customer attention immediately.

• Base Pay: A competitive guaranteed salary.
• Spiff Program: Earn an immediate cash bonus (spiff) for every qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory you sell.

Qualifications

• Proven Over‑Performer: A strong background in sales with a historical track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs. Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
• Self‑Driven & Self‑Motivated: You operate with a high sense of urgency, take initiative without needing to be micromanaged, and always hunt for the next sale.
