Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Enterprise Collaboration and Google Cloud administrator to help secure mail flow, data protection and governance at scale.

The role focuses on identity lifecycle, SSO, Zero Trust, and Terraform-driven cloud infrastructure, with hands-on work across Google Cloud tools, Apps Script and Admin SDK. You will design policies, automate workflows, and collaborate with Legal/Audit for compliance evidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of administering enterprise collaboration suites with Google Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of mail flow, authentication, DLP, Drive governance and data protection.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, directory sync and SSO; policy design for context-aware access.
• Familiarity with endpoint management/MDM across platforms; device compliance.
• Scripting/automation with Apps Script and/or Python; familiarity with Admin SDK and reporting.
• Administration, security and governance of Google Cloud for reliable collaboration and compliant data handling.
• Hands-on experience in GCP, Terraform, administration and scripting/automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage user/group/OU lifecycle and policies in Admin console; automate onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Secure Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides, Calendar, Meet and Chat with DLP, sharing controls and retention.
• Terraform + GCP IAM + GCP networking + cloud security + monitoring + CI/CD.
• Implement and maintain SSO/SAML/OAuth with IdP; enforce 2-step verification and zero trust posture.
• Administer endpoint management across Android/iOS/macOS/Windows/ChromeOS; define compliance profiles.
• Manage domains, DNS, mail routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC; delegated access and third-party app governance.
• Operate Vault for retention, holds and eDiscovery; coordinate with Legal/Audit as needed.
• Monitor Security Center, alerts, admin logs; triage threats and remediate misconfigurations.
• Build automations and reporting with Apps Script/Admin SDK for workflows and compliance evidence.
• Document standards, run change management, and deliver admin training.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
