Job summary

Synthlane Technologies Private Limited seeks a data engineer to design and build data platforms on Google Cloud for North American partners.

You will write excellent SQL and strong Python, build end-to-end pipelines, and model data to stay fast as it grows. You will also ensure data remains regulated and within regions and explain trade-offs to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of data engineering experience with hands-on Google Cloud work.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience building robust data pipelines that handle late, duplicated, or messy data.
• Ability to model data for clarity and speed as it scales.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security to keep data within boundaries.
• Ability to explain trade-offs clearly to clients and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Synthlane builds data platforms on Google Cloud for Google partners and their clients in North America. Many of these clients work in regulated sectors, where data must stay accurate, governed and in the right region. You will design and build those platforms end to end.

Experience

• 3–10 years of data engineering, with hands‑on Google Cloud work. We value depth over years.
  
• 6 hours of overlap with North American Eastern time.
  

Nice to have

• A Professional Google Cloud certification.
