Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Senna at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep buildings safe and functional. You will maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and respond to maintenance requests as needed.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring safety compliance and high-quality workmanship. This full-time, hourly position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in tight spaces.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including janitorial duties when needed
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety codes and company policies
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Assist with building renovations, installations or furniture assembly
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed
