Job summary

Tachibana Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Hawaii-Coordinator-Operations to manage reservations and coordinate driver movements for golf and tour operations. This role emphasizes accurate booking, customer and supplier communication, and supporting operations staff.

Normal hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday through Saturday, including holidays; some after-hours and weekend work may be required. Proficiency in English and basic Office software is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Knowledge of the tour industry, tour movements, and arrangements; understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, email and standard office equipment.
• Able to plan, organize and assign activities of drivers.
• Accurate math skills including 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• 70% Reservations and booking: correspond with customer and supplier inquiries, finalize reservations and booking information.
• 20% Communication with drivers: assign vehicles and ensure movements run smoothly.
• 10% Golf equipment: assist drivers and subcontractors with golf equipment rental.
