BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring a Golf Receiver & Storeroom Attendant to support daily golf operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of merchandise, supplies, and equipment. The role requires reliability, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position offers $18.00 per hour with benefits eligibility and opportunities for growth within Troon’s global golf/hospitality platform.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in receiving, inventory, warehouse, retail, golf, hospitality, or related field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and focused on internal customer service.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to safely move and handle merchandise, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming golf merchandise, equipment, supplies, and materials for accuracy and condition.
• Match PO, invoices, and packing slips; document discrepancies; report damages or missing items.
• Label, organize, and store merchandise and supplies in designated areas.
• Process golf shop merchandise—apparel, accessories, equipment, and other products.
• Maintain golf shop backstock and storeroom inventory.
• Deliver received products to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate stock levels and discrepancies.
• Assist with regular and seasonal inventory counts.
• Prepare merchandise for distribution to Golf Operations, Golf Shop, and practice facilities.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of merchandise for Golf Member/Guest events.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
• Assist with mail, courier deliveries, and interdepartmental distribution.
• Keep storeroom and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts as needed.
• Remove waste and recyclables and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with moving merchandise and equipment throughout Golf operation.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory controls.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Provide professional service to internal departments, vendors, and members.
