• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store).
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
