Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively understand needs.
• Provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow floor sets, signage requirements, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Assist with program promotions and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
