Job summary

Arcis Golf's Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain a polished Golf Shop. You will work under the Retail Manager and support daily sales operations, product displays, and inventory management.

Hours are 12–18 per week across 2–3 days; benefits include playing/practicing privileges and potential incentives. Prior golf knowledge is a plus; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf or golf market preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to assist customers professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day Retail Sales operations.
• Provide superior guest service and assist buyers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain Golf Shop appearance by folding, steaming, and dusting.
• Monitor replenishment and restock merchandise as needed.
• Display new merchandise and maintain product knowledge.
• Process sales in the POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare Golf Shop for inventories and specials.
