Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Golf Services Attendant at its Atlantic Fields location near West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet members, assist during rounds, stock carts, and maintain golf operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience in hospitality or golf, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and professionalism. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or golf-related environment.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members upon arrival and departure on the practice facility.
• Assist with service during their golf round and respond to player requests.
• Work with the valet team and assist as needed.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure adequate carts are staged and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttles, club carts, and personal carts.
• Clean all players clubs before and after rounds.
• Set up and breakdown of range equipment, amenities, and activities.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested.
• Accurately track daily golf activity and assist with inventory.
