What You'll Do:

First-Class Hospitality: Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs, warmly directing them to their simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.

Clubhouse Operations: Maintain the pristine presentation of the putting green and all common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting the service and golf professional staff with quick facility upkeep between member groups.

Club Support: Step in to assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure an elite standard of cleanliness and service throughout the entire facility.

Team Alignment: Work collaboratively across departments to uphold IGC's core values and ensure a seamless, world-class club visit for every guest.

What You Bring:

The Background:

Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience is preferred, but a natural passion for elevated hospitality is key.
