Job summary

Topgolf International is seeking Golf Service Associates to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and guide players through the Topgolf experience at our Grand Prairie venue. You will share information on promotions, game options, and venue amenities while assisting with clubs and equipment to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide venue information, promotions and gameplay details.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure guests have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean and inviting, including retail areas.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards and support Topgolf's core values.
• Work across day, night and weekend shifts in a high-volume setting.

Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential.* **On Your Feet:** Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.* **Active Tasks:** From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
