Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.

• Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, high-traffic venue.
• Hospitality or entertainment background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing essential information for a great Topgolf experience.
• Share venue details, promotions, and gameplay information to help Players maximize their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear for a fun time.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including the retail area and customer spaces.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe experience for all Guests.
