Job summary

Topgolf Baton Rouge is hiring Golf Service Associates to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share details on venue promotions and games. You’ll help with clubs, keep the venue welcoming, and ensure safe, clean spaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Flexible day, night, and weekend shifts are available; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Join a fun, fast-paced team that values teamwork, energy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow within Topgolf.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to start and enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit.
