Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC. in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an energetic front desk associate to check golfers in for tee times, greet members and guests, and guide them to resort amenities.

You will handle high volume phone inquiries, support corporate outings and member tournaments, and ensure the Golf Shop stays neat and welcoming throughout the day.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of related experience; training will be provided.

SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of this position is to check in golfers for tee times, to direct members and guests to all areas of the resort and to answer phone calls and inform people of different resort activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
