Ocean Reef Club is seeking a Range Attendant to maintain the practice facilities, assist guests, and ensure the range is stocked and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in high standards, and delivers excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in working in a customer service/golf/hospitality environment.
• Golf knowledge and skills helpful.
• Ability to follow Ocean Reef Club service guidelines, grooming standards and abide by safety policies required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and understand their needs, golf-related or otherwise.
• Collect golf balls using range picker/cart throughout the day.
• Wash, sort, and restock golf balls in dispensing machines and practice areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of driving range, short game area and surrounding grounds.
• Inspect and maintain teeing areas, target greens, mats and range equipment.
• Assist members and guests with questions and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor the range for safety and ensure guests follow facility rules.
• Perform routine maintenance on range equipment and report repairs.
