Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Springfield, MO is seeking a Golf Professional to build a robust student base by delivering high-quality instruction, creating safe learning environments, and forging lasting relationships with each golfer.

You will collaborate with certified fitters, tailor lessons to individual goals, and participate in community outreach to promote fitting, lessons, and our House of Sport experience. PGA/LPGA membership and Trackman certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting
• Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification
• High School Diploma or Equivalent requirement

Responsibilities

• Build student base by creating safe environments for all golfers and provide high-quality instruction
• Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing and game
• Serve as trusted advisor for each student and tailor lessons to goals
• Engage in community outreach to promote fitting, lessons, and the Dick's House of Sport experience
