Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers the telephone courteously, and completes sales transactions (Essential).
• Completes golf course reservations including reserving and scheduling tee times (Essential).
• Operates the cash register, handles payments, and balances cash drawer at shift end (Essential).
• Cleans and maintains the pro shop store (Essential).
• Assists golfers with golf activities and posts scores using the GHIN system.
• Markets the golf course, memberships and special rates to daily fee players.
• Performs shift opening and closing duties as assigned by the Pro Shop Manager.
• Keeps merchandise neat, displays well, and communicates shortages to the Pro Shop Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
