The City of Mesquite is seeking a golf course pro shop clerk to perform clerical and routine manual tasks in operating and maintaining the pro shop. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, cash handling, and basic golf operations.

Responsibilities include taking tee times, handling reservations, recording fees, selling merchandise, renting carts, and assisting with clubhouse duties. Golf experience preferred but not required; reading and writing ability is essential.

• Golf experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Answer the telephone and provide information to the public.
• Make golf course reservations and take messages as needed.
• Receive and record daily green fees and annual tickets; balance deposits.
• Promote and sell pro shop merchandise and rent golf carts.
• Coordinate and record tee time reservations and monitor play.
• Assist with custodial tasks around the clubhouse (vacuum, sweep, mop, clean windows).
