Job summary

Oliphant Golf Management is seeking part-time pro shop staff at their Toledo course. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with merchandise, and support tee times, carts, and events in a busy pro shop.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and cash handling skills, with availability for mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Golf course experience is helpful but not required. The role offers about 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a golf course or hospitality environment.
• Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and use point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, year-round operations.
• Experience with tee sheet management and golf course operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tee Sheet Management: assist with managing tee times and walk-ins.
• Customer Service: greet customers and provide information with a positive attitude.
• Merchandise Sales: assist with selection and sale of golf equipment and apparel.
• Event Support: help coordinate tournaments and special events.
• Cart Operations: oversee rental, maintenance, dispatch, and returns.
• Food and Beverage Service: serve and manage F&B orders.
• Cash Handling: process transactions and balance cash at shift end.
• General Facility Maintenance: keep pro shop and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
