GTU training, TECFIT, and TECSWING are core to the role, with a focus on delivering personalized lessons and experiences. We offer a structured training path, comprehensive benefits, and a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from GTU training program.
• Experience using TECFIT Club Fitting and lesson delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program.
• Utilize technology to help students play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting and outdoor/short game lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Operate using Optimotion and TECSWING coaching software.
• Maintain the Training Center environment, equipment and tech.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions.
