Job summary

United Ag & Turf is seeking a parts sales associate to provide exceptional in-store service and help customers find complete parts solutions for golf customers. You will help with displaying merchandise, counting inventory and processing transactions at the POS.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and may have prior parts sales experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and a strong product knowledge background will help you assist customers effectively.

• One-year prior parts sales experience is preferred.

Description

Purpose

Selling service parts, bulk fluids, attachments and accessories. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Identifies and provides complete parts solutions for golf customers.

Essential Functions

The following are essential functions of this position:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing customers with a friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
• Maintain awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in display maintenance, floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing parts stock, participate in receiving and sorting part orders and keeping merchandise stocked on the floor.
• Adhere to all United Ag & Turf policies, procedures and practices.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Open crates, boxes and other containers.
• Assist in counting of parts and equipment inventory.
