Job summary

TPC Louisiana in Avondale near New Orleans is hiring for Outside Operations Staff to assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with golf-related needs. You will greet guests, manage golf cars, help with loading bags, and ensure a smooth golf experience.

This role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience, preferably in a country club. You will maintain clean facilities, support the practice range, and uphold club rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience working in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Open: pull golf cars from the facility to the bag staging area.
• Unload bags from cars and load onto a golf cart; drive to staging area.
• Provide members and guests with course information (yardage markers, etc.).
• Stock and maintain golf cars with towels, scorecards, pencils, and divot material.
• Wash and re-stock cars; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• At closing, park cars and plug into battery chargers.
• Keep the Golf Car Facility clean and orderly.
• Perform routine car maintenance and update service records.
• Support practice facility: drive picker, collect balls, and set up tees.
• Rotate practice area per maintenance program.
• Collect and bag practice balls in good condition.
• Assist members/guests departing, ensure clubs are cleaned and loaded.
• Work with Golf Shop to enforce rules including dress code and beverage policy.
• Ensure members/guests do not carry clubs to/from practice facility or parking.
• Special projects or duties as assigned.
