Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional for our Tatum Ranch Golf Club – Cave Creek, AZ. You will support day-to-day golf operations and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests on the course.

You enjoy the game of golf, have a service mindset, and will help develop programs, oversee staff, and ensure smooth operations with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify players, golf cars, and other charges; enforce proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff.
