Job summary

Invited Clubs in New York is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas, ensuring golf carts are ready for use.

You will coordinate with golf operations staff, promote club events, and help provide a seamless experience from start to finish, including post-round support and club etiquette guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign them to players, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and maintained.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, and related spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment such as range balls.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments while keeping areas organized and stocked.
