Springville Golf Course is seeking a Seasonal Hours Maintenance Worker to support daily course upkeep under the supervision of the Greenskeeper Superintendent. You will operate equipment such as fairway mowers and range mowers, rake bunkers, and adjust cups on greens.

Qualifications

Exempt/Nonexempt: Non‑exempt

Description: Under the supervision of the Greenskeeper Superintendent, performs the maintenance of the Golf Course.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of equipment, such as fairway mowers, range mowers, utility vehicles, etc.
  • Perform physically demanding work with moderate lifting, from 50-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Rake sand bunkers and operate the sand‑pro.
  • Change cups on greens.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Utah Driver's License.
  • Must be over 18 to operate equipment.
  • Must be available to work nights.
  • Must be trained on all equipment.
  • Must be physically fit to perform duties.
  • Must be a team player and a self‑starter.
  • Must be able to work well with the public.
  • Must be willing to work on all days of the week throughout the golf season, including holidays.
Physical Demands

Must be a self‑motivator and have the ability to see what needs to be done and then do it. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be physically fit enough to perform the functions of this job. Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as needed.
