Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Golf Customer Service Representative to greet guests at various operation points, assist with golf bags at bag drop, and participate in all aspects of the operation with a strong emphasis on guest service.

The role involves patrolling for guest assistance, driving range shuttle operations, maintaining clean facilities, and supporting the cart and gear areas to ensure a superior Pebble Beach guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and must be 21 years of age or older.
• California driver’s license with fewer than 2 points.
• Friendly, team-oriented candidate with attention to detail and ability to stay on task with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest in a polite, friendly manner.
• Assist guests with golf bags at bag drop.
• Patrol area to offer assistance to guests carrying their own bag.
• Drive and keep the range shuttle clean.
• Keep area clean around the Cart Barn and Pro Shop.
• Count and clean rental sets and guest shoes as requested.
• Assist in cleaning and returning golf cars to cart barn.
• Support the first tee starter and tee captain as needed.
• Follow Pebble Beach Company safety policies and procedures.
• Set up for Pebble Beach Golf Academy events if requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the driving range and surrounding areas.
