Troon Golf, LLC is seeking a Member Services Associate to join our team in Heber, Utah. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, bag handling, club cleaning, and maintaining the practice facility while supporting golf operations and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have golf experience and are reliable team players who can assist with start times, rental records, and light food & beverage tasks in a friendly, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services customers renting clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Member Services Associate:

• One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
