• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in designated store processes and categories.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory guidelines.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
