Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Fitting Specialist - Golf (Contractor) to support Cobra Puma Golf in the Northeast. The role involves setting up and conducting fitting days in the field for the respective territory, including one-on-one fittings with consumers and participation in brand events.

You will maintain fitting tools, organize orders from fitting days for the account or Territory Sales Manager, and keep accurate fitting records.

Qualifications

• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
• Understanding of basic to intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
• High energy, initiative and professionalism.
• Ability to set up and break down a fitting day; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to conduct 40–50 events per year; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct fitting days in the field for the assigned territory.
• Maintain fitting tools and organize orders from the fitting days for the account or Territory Sales Manager.
• Keep accurate fitting records and serve as the point of contact for account requests.
• Engage in one-on-one fittings with consumers and participate in large brand events.
• Coordinate with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain relationships with accounts.
• Support staff and VIP golf club fittings and contribute to events across the Northeast.
