Job summary

Elevation Golf is seeking an energetic TPI Certified Professional to help develop our indoor golf performance program in Iowa. You will own golf performance initiatives, coach movement sessions, and contribute to program creation, camps, and clinics while engaging with our community.

You will help golfers move better and play better, build new offerings, and promote events as Elevation grows. A commission-based opportunity offers significant earning potential for proactive individuals.

Elevation Golf Club is looking for an energetic, motivated TPI Certified Professional who wants to do more than train clients.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a golf performance program from the ground up while becoming a key part of our team and community.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the golf performance side of our business while helping golfers improve through movement, mobility, strength, and long-term development.

Elevation Golf Club is Iowa's premier indoor golf performance facility featuring:

• 8 TrackMan simulators
• 6,000 sq. ft. short game area
• 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center
• Private rooms
• Member lounge and event space

Responsibilities

Golf Performance

• Perform TPI movement assessments
• Develop personalized golf fitness programs
• Coach one-on-one training sessions
• Help golfers move better and play better

Program Development

• Help create and grow: Golf performance programs
• Junior athletic development
• Mobility clinics
• Strength clinics
• Off-season golf training programs
• Seasonal camps

Community & Marketing

We're looking for someone excited to grow the business, not just coach sessions.

Responsibilities include:

• Create golf fitness content for Instagram
• Help film educational videos
• Write member emails and training tips
• Promote upcoming programs and events
• Contribute new ideas that improve the member experience

Team Support

• Assist members throughout the facility
• Help with member events
• Be a positive, energetic presence in the club

Ideal Candidate

• We're looking for someone who:
• Is TPI Certified (preferred)
• Has experience coaching golf fitness
• Enjoys working with golfers of all skill levels
• Is outgoing and personable
• Takes initiative without being asked
• Enjoys creating new programs
• Likes building communities, not just coaching workouts
• Wants to grow with a young, ambitious company

Compensation

This position is primarily commission-based with significant opportunity to grow your income by building your own client base and expanding Elevation's golf performance offerings.

As new programs, camps, clinics, and services grow, so does your earning potential.
