Raritan Landing Golf Course in Piscataway, NJ, owned by the Middlesex County Parks Department and managed by Indigo Sports, a Troon Golf subsidiary, seeks a Superintendent to lead agronomy operations. The role focuses on maintaining turf quality, managing budgets, and directing staff to ensure high standards on a premier public course.

The successful candidate will oversee irrigation systems, regulatory compliance, and crew management, with a pathway to grow into a full-size 18-hole property

Qualifications

• 5+ years of golf course management experience with progressing responsibility.
• Associate’s degree or Certificate in Agronomy.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulatory compliance related to golf course management.
• Knowledge of maintaining budgets and effectively managing the crew.
• Must obtain a New Jersey Commercial Pesticide License within 60 days of hire.
• Previous supervisory experience is required; assistant superintendents considered.
• Must be well versed in irrigation troubleshooting; older decoder systems experience preferred.
