The ideal candidate holds a Turf Management degree, a State Certified Pesticide License, and 10+ years of progressive supervisory experience, with proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annually

We are seeking an experienced golf course superintendent to continue our execution of excellence as the leader of our agronomy team at The Woodlands Country Club -Player Course. This position is under The Woodlands Country Club umbrella of five different golf courses consisting of a total of 99-holes of golf.
The Player Course is finishing up a significant golf course renovation with Beau Welling design and Heritage Links. This renovation encompassed greens, surrounds, bunkers, tees, irrigation and drainage upgrades, and many aggressive cultural practices performed on the fairways during the closure. We are looking to reopen the golf course in October.

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
A degree in Turf Management or a related field, and supervisory experience required with a minimum of 10 years prior golf course experience with progressive responsibility. Must hold a State Certified Pesticide License. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibited exemplary performance at premier golf facilities.
