The Golf Course Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based at Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert, CA. This position oversees all aspects of golf course agronomy, including turf health, irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest management, to ensure consistent playing conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising maintenance schedules, directing grounds staff, monitoring course conditions, and coordinating landscape upkeep around tees, fairways, greens, and common areas. The superintendent manages equipment use and maintenance, tracks inventory, works within an approved budget, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
