Colonial Golf & Tennis Club in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance of an 18-hole private facility on 175 acres. You will supervise grounds staff and ensure the golf course and club grounds are well kept, with equipment repaired and maintained.

The ideal candidate holds a 2-4 year turfgrass degree, 3-5 years of supervisory experience, and a PA Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 year turfgrass degree from accredited college.
• 3-5 years supervisor/management experience.
• PA Pesticide Applicator License required or able to obtain in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grounds staff and maintenance of golf course and club grounds.
• Manage golf course budget and purchasing responsibilities.
• Oversee pesticide applications and equipment maintenance.
• Maintenance of golf carts, trees, shrubs and plant nursery areas.
• Coordinate with club leadership on grounds projects and seasonal tasks.
