Job summary

The Town of Yarmouth Massachusetts is seeking a Golf Course Spray Technician for its Golf Division to maintain the course and support daily operations.

Under general supervision, the Spray Technician will operate equipment, mow, perform tree work and construction tasks, and assist with irrigation repairs; apply pesticides and fertilizers in compliance with laws and keep records. The role requires a MA Pesticide Applicator's license, a MA Hoisting Engineer's License Grade 2B, and a CORI check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of golf course maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscape and turf equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general golf course maintenance: equipment operation, mowing, tree work, construction, daily setup and labor duties.
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers in compliance with all laws; maintain records.
• Perform irrigation repair as required.
