Million Dollar Golf hosts daily par-3 contests at courses across the country. What sets us apart is our flexible schedule, outdoor work environment, and uncapped earning potential.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations and motivated by performance-based pay. You\'ll be responsible for selling contest entries while creating a fun and engaging experience for players.

Responsibilities

• Sell par-3 contest entries to golfers
• Collect payments (cash or credit card)
• Submit a daily sales recap
• Represent Million Dollar Golf in a professional manner
• Provide feedback from golf course locations

Qualifications

• Fun, positive, and outgoing personality
• Confidence initiating face-to-face conversations
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Golf knowledge preferred (not required)
• Required availability every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Additional weekday shifts may be available based on business needs.
• Reliable transportation to local golf courses

Compensation

Hourly base pay + commission + bonuses

Average earnings exceed $20/hour , with top performers earning $35–$45/hour. High performers are rewarded for their effort and ability to engage with customers.

Additional Details

• Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required. Additional weekday shifts may be available depending on location and business needs.
• Seasonal position aligned with the golf season (spring through fall, depending on location)
